 THE PALACE AT STONECREST
 Client: The Palace Group, LLC
            Stonecrest-Lithonia, GA
             

A private community center of 20,000 sq.ft.

consists of a meeting/banquet hall that seats

700 people, 8 conference rooms, kitchen,

a grand foyer, and support areas.  The

welcoming front facade consists of

terraced wings suitable for outdoor

gatherings.

CONCEPT BRAND - BURGER KING RESTAURANT
Client: Burger King Corporation
 Atlanta, GA & all around USA.

 

 

 

Our goal was to provide Burger King with a new prototype
for their restaurant chain. This concept consists of a
contemporary/ youthful/ playful look.

CASCADE UNITED METHODIST CHURCH MIXED-USE DEVELOPMENT
Client: Cascade United Methodist Church
Atlanta, GA.

 

 

Cascade United Methodist Church’s 100 plus acre new

campus masterplan called for a Senior mixed use

neighborhood. We provided a lifestylesenior’s community

consisting of independent living condos, clubhouse, an

apartment building with retail on the first floor, and a town

center fountain plaza.

 

PUBLIX SUPERMARKET
Client: Developers John Pearlman & D. Crawford-Spike One, LLC
South Fulton, GA

 

Publix Supermarket,  connected to the neighborhood
lifestyle retail center, which anchors a 34 acre mixed use

campus,Camp Creek Crossing on Camp Creek Parkway in

South Fulton County, Ga. We designed other plaza buildings,

restaurants, office buildings, and signature entrance elements.

MERCEDES BENZ DEALERSHIP
Client: Mercedes Benz of Atlanta/Baranco Automotive Group,  
Atlanta, GA.

 

This fashionable dealership building is designed as a
prototype for a local Mercedes Benz dealership in Atlanta.

AMBIENCE RESTAURANT
Client: Innovative Marketing/Terry Johnson
Cascade Road, Atlanta, GA.

 

Our client commissioned us to design an

inaugral location of the Ambience restaurant
chain. This is a trendy white cloth restaurant in
the historic Cascade area of Atlanta, Georgia.

PEYTON PLACE SHOPS

Client: Russell New Urban Development/HJ Russell Company

Atlanta, GA

 

 

This 3 acre site retail development consists  lifestyle

shops, restaurantswith side walk seating, coffee

shops and office/ bank condos home stores. The

shops are designed with a  european look
that aims to attract an affluent clientele.

 

VISION PARK RETAIL DEVELOPMENT-

SHOPS/RESTAURANTS/OFFICES
Client: Vison Park, LLC  
Atlanta, GA.

 

 

This project consists of a 11 acre upscale  lifestyle

shopping centerwith shops, restaurants with side walk

seating, coffee shops and office/ condos home stores,

a fountain plaza and outdoor area for seating, gathering

and entertaining. The shops are designed with a classy

and european look that aims to attract an affluent clientele.

 

CITY PLACE AT STONECREST-

LIFESTYLE SHOPPING/ENTERTAINMENT DISTRICT
Client: City Place, LLC
Lithonia-Atlanta, GA

 

This 27 acre lifestyle retail center is proposed for

the Stonecrest Mall area in Lithonia (east of

downtown Atlanta). The development will consist

of retail anchors,restaurant row,condos/loft buildings,

specialty retail centers(female fashions & accessories

and kids accessories), furnitureretail center, family
retail centers and a central fountain plaza.

KLONDIKE STATION PLAZA
Client: BlackStreet Properties, LLC
Atlanta, GA

 

 

This center is a two story 12,000 sf retail plaza

with a meditareandesign style that houses

neighborhood retail and office business’,
coffee shop and restaurants.

COVINGTON MALL
Client: Covington Mall Partners , LLC
 Covington, GA

 

This new 1.8 million sf mall consists of anchors

stores, entertainment center (cinema, games

lounge & bowling alley), and food court with open

seating areas  located adjacent to the

dramatic “domed” atrium entrance lobby of the mall,

100 in-line retail stores and restaurants,administration offices, and miscellaneous mall support areas.

 

The main entrance of the mall marked by the “domed” atrium lobby, has a mixed use entertainment outdoor high energy zone that provides the entrance to the restaurants. This  mall has a contemporary design as well as the experience the Live-Work-Play lifestyle.

CITY OF BROADVIEW
Client: Broadview Development
South Fulton, GA.

 

 

City of Broadview is a 1,200 acre mixed use development

in the South Fulton County area south of metro Atlanta. A

high tech media center is the heart of the new city. Offices,

hotels, entertainment/sports venues, movie recording

stages,an amusement park, school, and single & multi-family

neighborhood complete this city.
