Atlanta, GA.
Regency Pointe is a gated 80 unit luixury town home
community developed by John Wieland Homes &
Neighborhoods. These European designed two &
three story models each consist of 3 bedrooms,
family room, kitchen,study, recreation room, a one
car garage and other luxury amenities.

REGENCY POINTE TOWNHOMES COMMUNITY
Clubhouse + Entrance design
Client: John Wieland Homes & Neighborhoods
Atlanta, GA.
We designed the clubhouse, emtrance gate and
amenities for this exclsuive high-end town home
community.

WYNSHORE MIXED USE DEVELOPMENT
Client: Mr. Ruddie Mingo-Higher Ground Planning
College Park, GA.
Wynshore is an European Styled mixed use luxury apartments/condo units with retail stores on the street level with outdoor cafes.

FIRST SYNERGY LUXURY CONDOS
Lekki-Lagos, Nigeria, Africa.
Client: First Synergy Homes
This new class “A” American styled luxury condo
building located off the Atlantic Ocean,
consists of executive luxury flats-condos.
This American styled luxury condo building is
programmed to meet the needs of the foreign
expatriates as well as local Nigerians that love
to experience the Live-Work-Play lifestyle.

CAPITOL GATEWAY APARTMENTS/TOWN HOMES
Clients:Capitol Homes Redevelopment/ Atlanta Housing Authority/
Integral Group/ Trammell Crow Residential/ Urban Realty Partner,
Atlanta, GA.
Working closely with the developers,
Boye Architecture and our team of architects/planners
were responsible for the re-design/redevelopment/
repositioning of Capitol Homes in Atlanta. Now called
Capitol Gateway, these unique contemporary urban
apartment homes and town homes were designed for
mixed incomes. The apartments include garden style
apartments as weel as urban apartments with
live-work-play amenities as well as retail shops on
the street level adjacent to the main streets.

IRA STREET TOWNHOMES, DOWNTOWN ATLANTA, GA
Client: M & A Homes
Atlanta, GA.
M & A Homes commissioned us to design this urban
contemporary townhome in downtown Atlanta.
The program consists of 11 three story townhome units.

NOTTINGHILL TOWN HOMES
Client: Anchor Partners- John Lawrence
County Line Road, Cascade Area, Atlanta, SW, GA.
We designed unique European styled 2 bedroom
and 3 bedroom town homes for this 80 unit
town home development in South West Atlanta.
The design and style created value for Anchor Partners.

IRWIN STREET TOWN HOMES-MODEL A
Client: Atlanta Neighborhood Development
Partnership, Inc./Hattie Dorsey
Irwin Street, Atlanta, GA.
Located in the Historic Auburn Avenue/ King Center area
of Atlanta, Irwin Street town homes continues the trend
of custom urban homes. A unique duplex concept with
green space for this 20 home development was created.
Maintaining the architectural integrity of the historical
context was paramount.

RENAISSANCE AT SOUTH PARK
Client: Knight Group
Hwy 74 (at I-85 S), Fairburn, GA.
The Renaissance at South Park is a 900 unit town
home development designed by our firm.The Knight
Group commissioned us to design a trademark to
identify this new mixed community. This clock tower
serves as the main entrance to the community center.

CHILDRESS GATES- LUXURY APARTMENT BUILDING
Client: Pilotis Properties
South Fulton, GA.
This 45 acre development consists of 30 apartment
buildings, a clubhouse, and miscellaneous amenities.
These 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom units range from
900 sq. ft. to 1,100 sq. ft.

THE COSMOPOLITAN MIXED-USE
Client: BlackStreet Properties, LLC
Lithonia-Atlanta, GA
This 8 acre mixed-use development consists of 10 condo
lofts, 20 retail units and two restaurant end caps and
30 townhomes.

SENIOR HOUSING-CASCADE UNITED METHODIST CHURCH
Client: Cascade United Methodist Church
Atlanta, GA
Cascade United Methodist Church’s 100 plus acre new campus masterplan called for a Senior mixed use neighborhood. We provided a lifestylesenior’s community consisting
of independent living condos, clubhouse, an apartment building with retail on the first floor, and a town center fountain plaza.

LUXURY CONDOS/HOTELS MIXED USE
City Place at Stonecrest
Client: BlackStreet Properties, LLC
Atlanta, GA
The development will consist of 100 luxury condos/loft units, and hotel rooms across from a lifestyle retail/entertainment center central fountain plaza. The buildings are designed with street level retail.
