We shall also provide due-diligence services, oversee and manage the local Nigeria sponsors’ transactions during the life of the projects for our American/International equity fund clients as well as debt capital clients that are funding deals in Nigeria.
BUILDING MATERIAL SUPPLY SERVICES Boye Architecture-Nigerian Development Advisory Group shall also provide assistance to our clients in sourcing, coordination, import/exporting and procurement of imported building materials used for constriction from the USA and Europe. Client: Local Bank/Hotel Mixed Use Developers, Lagos, Nigeria
Architect Boye and his team of architects at Boye Architecture-
Nigerian Development Advisory Group were selected by our
client to design a 30 story high-rise tower to house a Five-star
hotels in high-end business district of Victoria Island in Architect
Boye's hometown, Lagos, Nigeria. Also, Boye Architecture-Nigerian
Development Advisory Group served asAmerican Styled
Development Advisory Consultant.
First of its kind in emerging world markets of oil rich Nigeria,
this $100m mixed-use hotel tower consists of a luxury couture
mall on the street level (similar to the retail mall at Trump Towers-NYC),
class "A" offices, loft boutique condos, roof-top sky view restaurants,
integrated parking deck and off course the Hotel tower with modern
contemporary loft style furnishings and finishes.
The abundance of Solar energy in sub-sahara Africa is harnessed
in this ultra modern high rise design for this mixed-use high-rise.
A custom designed curved roof loaded with solar panels serves
as the main power plant for the building. Other sustainable energy,
alternative power, water supply and cooling strategies and materials
(such as ultra reflective glass for the windows) were applied to the
design of this unique high-rise tower using LEED standards of the USA.
